| Most orders are shipped the next business day, once your credit card has been verified. PLEASE NOTE: Each credit card will pass through security verification. We require that the correct Bill To and Ship To addresses for each order be on file with the issuing bank of the credit card selected for the order. |
Pricing
Costs quoted are in United States Denominations (USD). Orders of foreign monies will be processed by the credit-card processing center at the current daily exchange rate.

Shipping
All freight rates shown are approximate and are based on packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
Due to dimensional (oversize) rate charges, some rates may vary. Freight charges
for packages over 70 lbs will be figured at the time of shipment and shown on invoice.

Sales Tax
Shipments to Kansas destinations will be taxed according to the destination county’s tax rate.
Shipments to Ohio destinations will be charged 6.25% sales tax on taxable merchandise.

Warranties
All items are sold with the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty service can be obtained through any authorized service center for the product purchased. Length and terms of the warranty vary; please check your product information for details.

Damage Claims
| Please do not accept cartons that have been damaged in transit unless the damages are noted by you on your delivery receipt. Follow the same procedure if the number of cartons received differs from what is shown on you packing list. All claims for in-transit damage and shortages must be filed with the carrier. |
Return Policy
Goods may be retuned for exchange, store credit or a refund, less restocking fee, within 15 days of invoice date. Goods may only be returned with a return material authorization (RMA) number. To qualify for an RMA number, all merchandise must be in new condition, in original boxes, and with all hardware and packing material. Missing materials and parts are subject to replacement cost of the item(s). A minimum of $5.00 will be charged for these item(s).
The customer is responsible for the all the shipping charges when returning goods and any damaged/lost shipments caused by your carrier. We will not exchange/credit/refund damaged or lost items. We suggest you purchase insurance for your item(s), and keep your tracking information to be safe.
On out-of-country returns, we require that any duty and or V.A.T. charges be prepaid by the sender. We are not responsible for these fees and will refuse to accept the shipment if these charges are not prepaid.

| If you receive a defective item, please call us to get return authorization. Return authorizations approved within 15 days of invoice date will receive a 100% refund for the merchandise. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 15 days from the date of shipment. Note: The above return policy applies to merchandise purchases only. Any charges for shipping, handling, labor, or installation are non-refundable. In addition, special-order items such as personalized ear tags, vaccines, etc. are non-returnable.

Cancelled Orders

Refused Delivery
Deliveries refused after shipment of the item(s) to the customer are subject the standard return-policy terms and conditions stated on this page.
We reserve the right to deduct from the refund, invoice you, or charge your credit card to acquire the total shipment charges billed to us for the return of the refused-delivery order. This includes any and all actual costs occurred in the shipment, and the return of the items(s), including any charges from our shippers and/or fees levied by customs.
